Rayagada: The bodies of a woman and her minor son have been found hanging from the ceiling of her house at JK Pur under Chandili police limits in Rayagada district.
The deceased were identified as P Divya and P Sai (4).
According to sources, Divya and his son were staying in the JK Paper SPT Colony after her husband’s death. However, Divya’s mother-in-law spotted the duo’s lifeless bodies on Saturday and alerted the neighbours about the same.
On being informed, police also reached the spot and seized the bodies for post-mortem.
Meanwhile, the exact reason behind the duo’s death is yet to be known, sources said.
