The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the postponement of the remaining papers for the CA Final, Intermediate, and PQC Examinations (International Taxation–Assessment Test) that were scheduled from May 9 to May 14, 2025.
The decision comes in response to the escalating security situation in the country.
ICAI has assured candidates that the revised examination dates will be communicated through its official website. Aspirants are urged to stay updated via for further notifications.
Meanwhile, tensions between India and Pakistan intensified as the Indian Armed Forces successfully neutralised a large-scale drone and missile attack aimed at multiple military installations in Northern and Western India during the night of May 7-8. Reports suggest that an air defence system in Lahore was also targeted and neutralised as part of India’s countermeasure operations.
