Balasore/Angul: Two persons were killed while another was injured in a road mishap that occurred in Balia area on the outskirts of Balasore on Sunday. The deceased have been identified as Paresh and Bhalu.
Reportedly, the duo along with another person was on their way to Golei of Remuna on a motorcycle when the two-wheeler hit a divider near Bhimpur.
While the trio was shifted to the district headquarters hospital, two of them were pronounced dead by the doctors.
In another mishap, six members of a family were critically injured after the car they were traveling in hit a tree near Jhimiripali on National Highway 149 in Angul district. The family members were on their way to Ghatagaon Tarini temple from Phulbani.
