Bhubaneswar/Cuttack: The East Zone Inter University Cricket (Men) Tournament 2021-22 is organized by KIIT – Deemed to be University from 24th April – 07th May 2022. A total of 53 university teams are participating in the said championship and the matches are played at KIIT Cricket Stadium & Ravenshaw Ground.
Day 1 Results:
KIIT Cricket Stadium:
- Jadavpur University, Kolkata beat Patna University, Patna by 14 runs.
- OUAT, Bhubaneswar beat Birla Global University, Bhubaneswar by 8 wickets.
Ravenshaw Ground:
- Ranchi University, Ranchi beat University of Engineering & Management, Kolkata by 10 wickets.
All the players & officials from different universities thanked Prof. Achyuta Samanta, Founder of KIIT & KISS & MP Kandhamal for providing excellent facilities (Accommodation, Food, Transportation & Field of Play) for the said tournament.
