Odisha Vigilance on Thursday conducted raids on the properties associated with the ADEO of Batasana Panchayat in Koraput district on the allegation of possession of disproportionate assets.
The accused has been identified as S. Partha Sarathi Bisoi, ADEO (Accountant cum Data Entry Operator) of Batasana Gram Panchayat under Kotpad Block in Koraput district.
The raids are being carried out simultaneously at seven locations in Koraput district, led by two Additional Superintendents of Police (SPs), four Deputy Superintendents of Police (DSPs), six Inspectors, six Assistant Sub-Inspectors (ASIs), and other supporting staff. The searches are authorized by search warrants issued by the Honorable Special Judge of the Vigilance Court in Jeypore.
1. The residential house of S. Partha Sarathi Bisoi is located in Champia, PS-Boriguma, Dist-Koraput.
2. The residential house of his brother located in Champia village, PS-Boriguma, Dist-Koraput.
3. House of his relative located at village Champia, PS-Boriguma, Dist-Koraput.
4. House of S.Partha Sarathi Bisoi located at village Champia, PS-Boriguma, Dist-Koraput.
5. The Cashewnut Processing Unit namely M/s Sai Krishna Enterprises of Sri Bisoi located at Champia, PS- Boriguma, Dist-Koraput.
6. Triple storeyed building of Sri Bisoi located at Boriguma, Dist-Koraput.
7. Office chamber of Sri S.Partha Sarathi Bisoi located at Batasana G.P. under Kotpad Block, Dist-Koraput.
During house searches so far, the following assets have been unearthed in the name of Bisoi and his family members;
1. Triple-storeyed building located with area approx. 4500 Sqft. at Pailo sahi, Boriguma, Dist-Koraput.
2. One building with an area of approx. 2400 Sqft. located at village Champia, PS-Boriguma, Dist-Koraput.
3. Another building located at village Champia, PS-Boriguma, Dist-Koraput.
4. One Cashewnut Processing Unit namely M/s. Sai Krishna Enterprises of Sri Bisoi spread over an area approx. 8561 Sqft. located at Champia, PS-Boriguma, Dist-Koraput
5. 15 nos. of plots in Champia, Boriguma & Gandhi Nagar, Nabarangpur. Details as under;
i. A piece of land vide plot No.1283/7903, Khata No.4002 with area A 0.15 dcml. at Gandhi Nagar, Nabarangpur.
ii. A plot vide plot No.474/2689, Khata No.155/2559 with area A 0.06 dcml. at Boriguma, Koraput.
iii. A piece of land vide plot No.98/544/877, Khata No.92/687 with area A 0.04 dcml. at Dulaguda, Boriguma, Koraput.

x. A piece of land vide plot No.325/649/1817, Khata No.121/1087 with area A 0.04 dcml. at Gaganpur, Jeypore.
xi. A piece of land vides plot No.52, Khata No.185/578 with area A 0.48 dcml. at Champia, Boriguma, Koraput.
xii. A big patch comprising 3 plots vide plots No.159, 165 & 179, Khata No.91 with area A 7.39 dcml. at Champia, Boriguma, Koraput.
The measurement and valuation/assessment of the above building/plots are being carried out by Vigilance Technical Wing.

7. Gold jewellery weighing 285 gms & silver ornaments 706 gms.
8. 2 Nos. of Concrete Mixture Machines, 2 Nos. of Paddy Thrashers, 3 Nos. of Tractors,1 Water Tanker, One 4 wheeler (Bolero) & 3 two-wheelers.
9. Bank, Postal, Insurance deposits and other investments are being ascertained.
