Rayagada: A youth was shot dead at Naira village under Gudari police station in Rayagada district. The deceased identified as Kiran Takri.
According to sources, miscreants opened fire at the youth suddenly following which he reportedly bled to death on the spot as he sustained bullet injury on his face.
On being informed, police reached the spot and sent the body for post-mortem. Cops have launched a manhunt to nab the assailants while a probe is currently underway.
