Umerkote: Police here have arrested a youth for allegedly killing his friend in a scuffle over a mobile phone in Umerkote of Nabarangpur district.
The identity of the accused youth was not known immediately.
According to reports, the accused had some altercation with his friend over a mobile phone. The incident turned ugly after he attacked his friend resulting his death on the spot.
On being informed, police reached the spot and arrested the accused. Further investigation into the incident is underway, said sources.
