Tokyo: India’s Sonam Malik loses to Mongolia’s Bolortuya Khurelkhuu in women’s freestyle 62kg 1/8 final match via victory of points after both wrestlers finished with 2 points each. Khurelkhuu was declared the winner for her 2-point move in the last minute.
Sonam is, however, not yet out of the Olympics. Will need to wait to see if she is in contention via repechage later.
