Berhampur: A woman delivered a baby under the light of phones, and candles
at a Community Health Centre in Ganjam district following a power outage on Monday night.
The incident was reported from Polosara Community Health Centre (CHC).
According to reports, the matter came to the fore after a video of the incident went viral on social media. The incident has raised concern over the health care facilities.
Reportedly, due to a power cut, doctors had to perform a delivery under cell phone lights as it lasted for several hours.
