Bhubaneswar: The Depression over Northwest & adjoining Northeast Bay of Bengal has concentrated into Deep Depression, informed the India Meteorological Department’s regional centre.
According to the latest bulletin, the Depression over Northwest & adjoining Northeast Bay of Bengal has intensified into a Deep Depression. It is likely to cross West Bengal and Odisha coasts between Balasore & Sagar Islands around evening of today.
After landfall, it would continue to move west-northwestwards across north Odisha, West Bengal and Jharkhand towards north Chhattisgarh and weaken gradually, said the IMD.
Following this, the weather agency has issued Signal-3 warning for all ports of the State.
