New Delhi: Vivo Y73t has launched in China. It is the latest Y-series device and arrives as the successor to the Y71t that debuted last year. The Vivo Y73t starts at RMB 1,399 (~Rs 15,900) for the base 8GB + 128GB variant. The 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB models costs RMB 1,599 (~Rs 18,000) and RMB 1,799 (~Rs 20,400) respectively. The smartphone is offered in Fog Blue, Autumn, and Black colours

The Vivo Y73t comes with a 6.58-inch display bearing an HD+ resolution, a waterdrop notch and a 60Hz refresh rate. There is a side-mounted fingerprint scanner embedded in the power button and a rectangular camera module on the back panel. The latter houses a 50MP main sensor and a 2MP macro lens. Up front, there is an 8MP selfie snapper.
Under the hood, the Vivo Y73t is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor based on 7nm process. It packs up to 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card slot. The smartphone draws its power from a 6,000mAh battery unit with support for 44W fast charging. Software-wise, it runs on Android 12 with OriginOS on the top.
