New Delhi: The Chinese company has launched the Vivo X70 series in the Indian market for photography enthusiasts. The new series comprises two new Vivo flagship phones, namely the X70 Pro and X70 Pro Plus. Vivo did not launch the vanilla X70 in India at the moment.  Let’s take a look at the Vivo X70 Pro, X70 Pro+ price in India, specs, and other details.

Vivo X70 Pro, X70 Pro+ price in India

Vivo has launched the X70 Pro and Pro+ in India with up to 12GB of RAM. The X70 Pro comes in three storage configurations with the base model having 8GB of RAM. The 8GB + 128GB variant is priced at Rs 46,990, whereas the 8GB + 256GB model is priced at Rs 49,990. There is also a 12GB + 256GB model, priced at Rs 52,990.

Vivo X70 Pro+ price in India is set at Rs 79,990 for the single 12GB + 256GB storage option. It comes in an Enigma Black colour. The phone is all set to go on sale starting October 7 via Flipkart, Amazon, and Vivo e-store along with leading offline stores.

Specifications and features

The X70 Pro+ is the company’s most premium smartphone of 2021. It comes with an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance. The phone has a 6.78-inch 2K AMOLED E5 display with a 120Hz refresh rate support. It has a curved screen that houses a hole-punch cutout at the top for the 32MP front camera.

On the back, the X70 Pro+ has a Zeiss-tuned quad-camera setup with a 50MP Samsung GN1 1/1.3” sensor. There is also a 48MP ultrawide camera with a Sony IMX598 sensor. The device also features an 8MP periscope camera and a 12MP portrait camera with shoot up to 5x optical and 60x digital zoom. All four camera sensors come with OIS or Gimbal Stabilisation. The X70 Pro+ also comes with a 360-degree horizontal line stabilisation. The camera performance is further enchanted with Vivo’s custom-developed V1 chip.

Under the hood is a Snapdragon 888+ SoC with 12GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It has a 4500 mAh battery with 55W fast charging and 50W wireless charging. It also comes with stereo speakers.

The X70 Pro comes with a smaller 6.56-inch Full HD+ curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It comes with a Dimensity 1200 SoC and up to 12GB of RAM. The phone packs a 4450 mAh battery with 44W fast charging support. On the back, the device has a quad-camera setup. It has a 50MP Sony IMX766V primary camera, a 12MP portrait lens, a 12MP ultra-wide sensor, and an 8MP telephoto camera sensor. It has a 32MP front camera sensor inside the hole-punch cutout.

Both phones run Android 11-based Funtouch OS 12 out of the box.
