The colourful kite festival transformed the skies of Deomali into a canvas of vibrant kites during the Deomali Utsav Celebrations.
The ‘Valley of Flowers Deomali’ successfully hosted Odisha’s first-ever professional kite flying event at Deomali hilltop in Koraput district. Kites as large as 50 meters soared above the valley, creating a vibrant spectacle that delighted attendees and showcased the region’s potential for innovative tourism.
The event drew visitors from across the region, eager to partake in the festivities and enjoy the scenic landscapes of Deomali. The ‘Valley of Flowers Deomali’ team was recognized for their remarkable work in promoting sustainable agritourism. During the event, the team was also felicitated by the guests.
