New Delhi: Uttar Pradesh Police has challenged the Karnataka High Court’s “no coercive action” order in connection with a case against Twitter India head Manish Maheshwari over tweets about the assault of a Muslim man near Delhi.
The High Court last week granted Maheshwari temporary protection from arrest.
It also said did not have to travel to UP at this time.
