Umarkote: In a tragic incident, two minor girls drowned in a pond here Jharigaan in Nabarangpur district.
The girls, both 15-year-old, had gone to the nearest pond for bathing. They slipped into the deep water while bathing. No one was there in the pond to rescue the girls.
Family members of the girls launched a search after they didn’t return to home. Finally, they found the bodies in the pond.
They have been immediately shifted to a nearest hospital where doctors declared them brought dead.
