Chhattisgarh: At least two hardcore Maoists, including a woman, have been gunned down in an encounter at Kondanga locality of Chhattisgarh.
Acting on reliable input, the Special Task Force (STF) and the squad of the District Reserve Guard (DRG) launched an operation when an exchange of fire took place between Maoist cadres and the officials for two hours. In the gunfight, two Maoists were killed.
The cops have also recovered five Self-Loading Rifles (SLR) and explosive materials from the spot.
