Kandhamal: Two persons were killed while one sustained critical injuries after the bike they were riding hit a roadside tree at Tataguda in Kandhamal district.
Reportedly, the incident took place while the trio was heading towards Baliguda, when the rider lost control over the two-wheeler and hit the roadside tree. Two persons were killed on the spot and one sustained grievous injuries due to the impact of the accident.
Immediately, locals rescued the injured person and rushed him to Tumudiband Hospital for treatment.
On receiving information, police reached the spot and launched a probe in this regard.
