Cuttack: At least two persons were arrested for allegedly creating ruckus in an inebriated state in the Silver City, Cuttack.
The arrestees have been identified as Saroj Parida and Chandan Behera of the Nuasahi area.
According to available information, a verbal spat broke out among four persons while they were consuming liquor.
Later, altercations turned into a fight.
On receiving information, police reached the spot arrested two youths from there.
Later, the youths have been forwarded to court, sources informed.
