New Delhi: Two Army jawans and a terrorist were killed in an encounter that broke out at Chermarg in the Zainapora area of Jammu and Kashmir’s Shopian district today.
Acting on reliable inputs about the presence of terrorists in Zainpora area of Shopian, security forces launched a cordon and search operation.
During the operation, the militants opened fire on the security personnel. In retaliation, one terrorist was gunned down, meanwhile, two Army jawans also lost their lives.
