New Delhi: Twitter has restored the blue tick or “verified” badge on the personal handle of Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu hours after it was dropped, prompting India to flag the verification removal to the social media giant.
As India flagged the blue tick removal from the personal account of M Venkaiah Naidu, Twitter said it was done due to a long gap in login i.e, inactivity.
Earlier on Saturday, Twitter removed the blue tick or ‘verified’ badge from the personal handle of Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu – @MVenkaiahNaidu.
However, the official handle of the Vice President of India @VPSecretariat continued having the blue badge.
