Try This Delicious Cheese Burst Pizza Recipe
New Delhi: Here’s a quick and easy recipe to bake a delicious pizza, bursting with cheese, with fresh dough made without yeast, at home!
For the pizza dough:
- ½ cup water (warm)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 2 cup maida / plain flour / refined flour
- 1 tsp + 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
For toppings
- 7 slices processed cheese
- 2 tbsp pizza sauce
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- 3 slice tomato
- few chopped capsicum
- few chopped onions
- 7 pieces jalapeno
- 10 pieces olives
- ¼ tsp mixed herbs
- ¼ tsp chilli flakes
INSTRUCTIONS
- firstly, place pizza dough over pizza plate or tray
- flatten the dough by stretching with both hands.
- further, leaving a cm or more and create a dent.
- then prick with centre of the dough.
- place the processed cheese slices inside leaving the sides. keep aside.
- take the rolled dough and roast on hot Tawa.
- half cook both sides making sure not to cook completely.
- place the half-cooked rolled dough over cheese placed pizza base.
- get the sides closer and seal tight.
- furthermore, spread pizza sauce generously leaving the sides slightly.
- then spread ½ cup of grated mozzarella cheese over the base.
- also top with tomato slices, chopped capsicum, onions, jalapeno and olives.
- and sprinkle ¼ tsp chilli flakes, ¼ tsp mixed herbs.
- further, bake in a preheated oven at 500 degrees Fahrenheit or 200 to 250 degrees celsius for about 15-20 minutes.
- finally, slice the cheese burst pizza and top with chilli flakes and oregano.
