Ingredients of Korean Fried Chicken

  • 140 gm chicken boneless
  • 10 gm white pepper powder
  • 5 gm corn flour
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 5 gm green chillies
  • 20 gm red bell pepper
  • 20 gm capsicum (green pepper)
  • 30 ml red chilli sauce
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 20 gm arrowroot powder
  • 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
  • salt as required
  • 20 gm all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 10 gm garlic
  • 15 gm ginger
  • 20 gm yellow bell pepper
  • 50 ml dry sherry
  • 30 gm crushed to paste red chilli
  • 10 gm sugar
  • 40 gm spring onions
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds


Take a big bowl and add boneless chicken in it. Next, add salt, white pepper powder, flour, corn flour, and eggs to it. Mix well to coat the chicken properly. Let it rest for a few hours.

Heat oil in a kadhai and fry the coated chicken until golden brown. Once fried, take them out on an absorbent paper.

In a pan, add a little oil and add chopped garlic in it, followed by green chillies, bell peppers, dry sherry, red chilli paste, red chilli sauce, red chilli powder, sugar, arrowroot powder, and spring onion. Cook for about 2 minutes and then add fried chicken in it. Stir for another 2 minutes and then garnish with sesame seeds and chopped spring onion and serve hot.
