Sambalpur: A truck driver and helper were rescued after the iron bridge over river Kharla near Kuchinda town collapsed.
Reportedly, the truck was crossing the bridge connecting Kuchinda and Jamankira when the platform collapsed.
On getting information, police along with the fire brigade and medical team rushed to the spot and rescued the helper and the driver. They were immediately rushed to Kuchinda Sub Divisional Hospital.
