Kolkata (West Bengal): The BJP has alleged that TMC workers and police have removed its posters and flags ahead of party president Amit Shah’s road show in the city.
BJP general secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya said goons of TMC and police have removed all the party posters and flags.
Both the saffron party and TMC are at loggerheads in West Bengal ever since the Lok Sabha polls began on April 10.
According to reports, workers of two parties have repeatedly clashed with each other on polling days. The BJP has been leveling charges that TMC workers are attacking its party workers and convoys during campaigning in different parts of the state.
Polling in the remaining eight seats will be held in West Bengal on May 19.
