Srinagar: A major infiltration bid has been foiled by the Indian Army in the Kalal area in the Nowshera sector of Rajouri district on Monday.
According to sources, the Indian Army deployed on the line of control noticed a group of terrorists trying to infiltrate into the Indian side through Arsal Nallah.
The terrorists were heavily armed and were trained in Pakistan. The security forces are carrying out search operation in the area, sources added.
Senior Indian Army officer stated that around 15 launch pads across Line of Control in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir are full with terrorists.
