New Delhi: Tecno Pova Neo 5G launched in India. This 5G-enabled offering from the company is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC and offers 13-band 5G support. Its 6.8-inch full-HD+ LTPS display has a 120Hz refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. The latest launched phone is all set to go on sale in the country from next week.

The Tecno Poca Neo 5G comes in a sole 4GB RAM with 128GB storage configuration priced at ₹15,499. Tecno offers this handset in Sprint Blue and Sapphire Black colours. It is currently available for pre-booking at retail stores and will go on sale in India from September 26.

The new Pova Neo 5G sports a tall 6.8-inch LCD panel that has a Full HD+ resolution, 393 PPI pixel density, and an impressive 120Hz refresh rate with 240Hz touch sampling rate as well. This panel can output a maximum brightness of 500nits and houses a centre-aligned punch hole cutout for the selfie camera. Under the hood, the device is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC that is paired with a Mali G57 GPU.

On the rear, the device features a vertically stacked dual camera setup that includes a 50-megapixel primary lens and an AI sensor that is coupled with an LED flash module. Meanwhile, the front houses a 32-megapixel selfie shooter. The new Tecno Pova Neo 5G is powered by a massive 6,000mAh battery pack that supports 18W fast charging via a USB Type C port. Other notable features include a dedicated microSD card slot, DTS audio technology, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The smartphone has been launched in two colour variants, namely a Sprint Blue and a Sapphire Black option. Furthermore, it runs on the Android 12 OS-based HiOS 8.6 custom skin.
