New Delhi: IndiGo operations are hit across country as servers are down. Passengers face tough time following delay in several flights.
Reports said India’s biggest domestic carrier IndiGo on Monday said passengers travelling by the airline could expect longer lines at the ticket counters as its servers across the country were down.
The airlines in a statement said: “Our systems are down across the network. We are expecting the counters to be crowded more than usual. Please bear with us as we try to solve the issue asap. ”
The IndiGo passengers had faced similar issues at the Mumbai Airport due to fault in servers of IndiGo Airlines earlier this month.
The reports said passengers from Bengaluru and Mumbai airport were grounded due to a “technical snag” in the airline’s servers.
