Dhenkanal: A school teacher was killed after a speeding truck rammed into his bike at NH55 in Gauda Kateni Chakk of Dhenkanal today.
The deceased has been identified as Jagannath Das from Puri district. He was a sports teacher at DAV School, Talcher.
According to available information, the incident took place while Das was en route to Dhenkanal from Talcher when a speeding truck hit his bike killing him on the spot.
On being informed, police reached the spot and launched a probe in this regard.
