SRK teams up with son Aryan to lend voice for ‘The Lion King’ in Hindi

Mumbai: Superstar Shah Rukh Khan is all set to team up with his son, Aryan Khan, to lend voice for Mufasa and Simba respectively in the upcoming Hindi version of Disney’s live-action version of The Lion King.

Admitting that the movie holds a very special place in the hearts of his family, SRK said: “as a father he relates to Mufasa and the endearing relationship he shares with his son — Simba”.

“The legacy of The Lion King is timeless, and being a part of this iconic re-imagining with my son Aryan makes it extra special for me,” SRK said.

On Fathers’ Day, Shah Rukh had teased the development through his social media posts, where he posed with Aryan in the blue jerseys with Mufasa and Simba’s names ahead of India’s ICC World Cup match against Pakistan on 16 June.
