Single Window Clearance Portal will boost coal production: Dharmendra Pradhan

Bhubaneswar: Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has lauded the ‘launching of a Single Window Clearance Portal for the coal sector’ by the Centre on Monday.

Pradhan expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and Union Coal Minister Prahlad Joshi for launching a Single Window Clearance Portal for the coal sector.

He said this move will speed up the process of mining lease, ensure smooth operationalisation of coal mines, boost coal production and enhance ease-of-doing business.

Under Modi Government , India’s coal sector has witnessed a slew of path-breaking reforms in the last few years. Faster approval of clearances will further de-bottleneck our coal sector, usher in immense job opportunities and contribute towards making of an AatmaNirbharBharat, the Union Minister added.
