The couple, who first met while working for Aashiqui 2 song Chahun Main Ya Naa, dated each other for almost nine years before solemnising their love.
Mithoon is a noted Bollywood music composer who has composed an array of super-hit songs, including Tere Bin (Bas Ek Pal), Maula Mere Maula (Anwar), Phir Mohabbat (Murder 2) and Tum Hi Ho (Aashiqui 2) among several others. Palak Muchhal, on the other hand, is the song behind several famous tracks such as Chahun Main Ya Naa (Aashiqui 2), Kaun Tujhe (MS Dhoni – The Untold Story) and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’s title track.
