New Delhi: Actor Shruti Haasan on Sunday shared that she has been tested positive for COVID-19. The actress took to her official social media handles to share the news.
The note reads “Hi everyone! A quick not so fun update – Despite all safety measures I have tested positive for Covid. I’m on the mend and can’t wait to be back soon! Thankyou and see you soon lovelies.” She shared the health update without a caption online. Here’s her post:
On the work front, Shruti was last seen in the psychological thriller series Bestseller on a leading OTT platform. the 36-year-old actress will next be seen on the big screen in Salaar, which stars South star Prabhas in the lead role. The action film is being shot simultaneously in Kannada and Telugu language. It will also be dubbed in Hindi, Malayalam and Tamil. The film directed by KGF director Prashanth Neel is one of the most-awaited films of the year 2022.
Shruti Haasan will also be seen as the female lead in Nandamuri Balakrishna’s NBK107. The makers of the film recently unveiled the first look poster of NBK107.
