Sundargarh: While a severed head, one leg and torso of a youth was recovered from the bank of Ib River near Bandhapali village under Sadar police limits in Sundargarh district last night, more body parts were found today morning.
Reportedly, another leg and an arm of the youth were retrieved during a search operation.
As per available information, the youth has been identified as Durga Majhi, a resident of Talsara who was staying at Majhapada under Sadar police limits and working as a day labourer.
Sadar Police have initiated a probe into the matter. Besides it is being suspected that the youth was murdered over issues regarding past enmity, love affair, or an illicit affair.
