New Delhi: A house in the central Delhi area of Karol Bagh collapsed on Wednesday morning, leaving several individuals trapped under the debris. So far, 12 people have been rescued, and search and rescue operations are ongoing.
A senior police officer confirmed that no casualties have been reported, and the Delhi Fire Service, police, and the National Disaster Response Force personnel are conducting the search and rescue efforts.
After being alerted to the incident at 9:11 am, the Delhi Fire Services dispatched five fire engines to the location. The collapse occurred amidst a heavy downpour that has been battering the national capital.
