Say Goodbye To Under Eye Wrinkles With These Home Remedies 


New Delhi: Undereye, wrinkles begin showing up inevitably as we get older. However poor lifestyle choices food habits and sleeping patterns can also lead to under-eye wrinkles. Here are some methods on how to get rid of under-eye wrinkles 

  1. Coffee Bean Face Pack

Both coffee and cocoa powders both are rich in antioxidants which fight free radical damage. Applying the powder every day helps the skin absorb the antioxidants and reduce wrinkles.  

What To Do: 

  • Mix equal parts coffee powder and cocoa powder.
  • Create a paste by mixing honey.
  • Apply under eyes and on the face, and leave it for 15 minutes.
  • Wash your face and gently pat it dry with a soft towel.
  • Repeat every day.
  1. Coconut Oil and Turmeric Pack

Coconut oil contains lots of Vitamin E which is essential for maintaining the skin. The pack mainly works by moisturising the skin to keep the wrinkles away. 

What To Do:  

  • To a tablespoon of coconut oil, add a pinch of turmeric.
  • Mix well and apply it on the wrinkles and face and leave on for 20 minutes.
  • Rinse with water.
  • A little bit of almond or chamomile oil can also be used with coconut oil.
  • Do it once a day.
  1. Olive Oil Massage

Olive oil is one of the gentlest home remedies to treat under-eye wrinkles as it helps keep the skin moisturised. It is also packed with Vitamin E and K along with antioxidants that keep the skin healthy. 

What To Do: 

  • Apply some olive oil on the wrinkles.
  • Gently massage your skin with the oil and leave it on for 10 minutes.
  • Rinse with water and pat dry.
  • Repeat regularly.
  1. Yoghurt Face Pack

Yogurt is a rich source of alpha-hydroxy acids (AHA) which help exfoliate the skin and promote the growth of healthy new tissue from underneath. This keeps the skin smooth and wrinkle-free. This face pack also moisturises the skin. 

What To Do: 

  • Mix all the ingredients in a cup to make a paste.
  • Apply the paste on the face and under the eyes and leave it on for 20 minutes.
  • Rinse your face with cool water and dry with a soft towel.
  • Do it once a day.
  1. Aloe Vera Face Pack

Aloe vera’s nourishing properties are highly effective in treating wrinkles and restoring the smoothness of the skin. It is rich in Vitamins E and C and beta-carotene which protect the skin and help to keep it young. 

What To Do: 

  • Mix 2 parts of aloe vera gel with 1 part of yogurt and 4 parts of cucumber juice.
  • Apply the mixture under the eyes and on the face, and gently massage for 10 minutes.
  • Let it stay for 20 minutes and rinse with water.
