Lucknow: Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav on Sunday advised UP chief minister Yogi Adityanath to resolve issues of the farmers at the earliest.
Yadav retorted to Adityanath’s tall claims that the Ram Mandir issue will be resolved “within 24 hours” saying he should concentrate more on the issues of the agrarian community.
“I would like to tell the chief minister that people have given him 90 days, do something to save the crops from the bulls. Farmers need to be saved first,” Yadav told media persons on Sunday.
Adityanath has thrown a challenge to the apex court saying that it if the highest court of the land cannot resolve the matter, then it should hand over the matter to them for solution “within 24 hours.”
This has come barely two days before the Supreme Court is set to commence the hearing in the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid title dispute case.
