Puri: On the occasion of Subhas Chandra Bose’s 123rd birth anniversary, internationally acclaimed sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik paid rich tributes to the freedom fighter.
Taking to his Twitter handle, Pattnaik posted a picture of a mural created by him. The sculpture featured a portrait of Netaji where the artist saluted the true Hero of our country. The artwork was created by Sudarsan’s students.

Born on January 23, 1897 in Cuttack, Subhash had been a leader of the younger, radical, wing of the Indian National Congress in the late 1920s and 1930s, rising to become Congress President in 1938 and 1939.
The artist also paid tributes to Veer Surendra Sai with a beautiful sculpture.
