New Delhi: Samsung Galaxy M31s will be launched in India today, July 30, at 12 pm (noon). The phone has been teased by the company to come with a massive 6,000mAh battery.
Samsung has not shared details about the pricing and availability of the Galaxy M31s yet, but all that will be known at 12 pm (noon) today when the phone is unveiled. It will be available on Amazon and Samsung India website.
Reportedly, Samsung Galaxy M31 was launched in India in February with two variants, one with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage, and the other with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. The base variant launched at Rs. 15,999 while the top-end variant was priced at Rs. 16,999.
The South Korean smartphone manufacturer has already revealed some pictures of the Galaxy M31s. The phone packs a similar rectangular camera module at the back and Infinity O display on the front. At the rear side, the device includes four cameras at the back and a single sensor for selfies.
The Galaxy M31s is expected to run on Android 10 with One UI on top. It is said to feature a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-O display with 407ppi pixel density. The Galaxy M31s may be powered by the Exynos 9611 SoC and come with 6GB and 8GB of RAM with 128GB of storage for both.
The phone is expected to have the fingerprint sensor on the side instead of the rear panel or under the screen. It will include an sAMOLED screen with full HD+ resolution. The screen size is expected to be slightly bigger than the predecessor – 6.5-inches.
One of the biggest highlights of the Samsung Galaxy M31s is said to be the battery. The phone is expected to pack a 6,000mAh battery coupled with 22.5W fast charging support.
