Cuttack: Salepur police arrested two persons for allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl in Cuttack district. The accused have been identified as Manoj Kandi and Neula Behera, both residents of Banahar village.
According to sources, the accused persons barged into the house of the minor girl after finding her alone and allegedly outraged her modesty by tying her hands. The accused persons also choked the minor girl’s mouth by putting clothes in it.
After gaining knowledge about the heinous crime, the victim’s mother filed a complaint with this regards at Salepur police station.
Later, initiated a probe and arrested the accused.
