Jharsuguda: Health Minister Naba Kishore Das has appealed to all for making Veer Surendra Sai airport an excellent airport in Odisha.
The Health Minister thanked the Chief Minister for extending full cooperation for making the airport a unique one and added that the latter has directed the authorities to undertake all measures for its development in the field of aviation.
The Minister said the Odisha government has agreed to provide Rs 100 cr for the airport for its development and added that 155.38 acres of land has been earmarked for the aerodrome.
Das said 20.51 acre of government land will also be earmarked for the airport free of premium.
