Rohit Sharma Suffers Thumb Injury During IND Vs BAN 2nd ODI, Sent To Hosp For Scans
Mirpur: India skipper Rohit Sharma was taken to hospital for scans after he suffered a blow to his thumb while fielding in the second ODI against Bangladesh at the Shere Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka on Wednesday.
“India Captain Rohit Sharma suffered a blow to his thumb while fielding in the 2nd ODI. The BCCI Medical Team assessed him. He has now gone for scans,” said BCCI in a statement.

As per reports, Rohit suffered the injury in the fourth ball of the second over of the Bangladesh innings.
Rajat Patidar was out to sub for him.
