Mumbai: The release of Vivek Oberoi-starrer Prime Minister Narendra Modi, will release on 5 April, a week ahead of its original schedule.
The movie was earlier scheduled to hit the theatres on April 12.
While the film’s producer Sandip Singh, in a statement, said that the release has been preponed on public demand, the earlier release coincided with the country’s general elections, which commences from 11 April.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter and informed that the release of PM Narendra Modi biopic has been preponed to April 5.

Directed by Omung Kumar (Mary Kom, Sarabjit), the film follows Narendra Modi’s journey to becoming India’s prime minister. It stars Vivek Oberoi as Modi and features Boman Irani, Manoj Joshi, Darshan Kumaar, Prashant Narayanan and Zarina Wahab.
