New Delhi: Actress Parineeti Chopra has shared an unseen video from her haldi ceremony with husband Raghav Chadha, providing fans a fascinating glimpse into her gala time with friends and family.
On her Instagram profile, Parineeti re-shared her choora and haldi ceremony video that was originally shared by Fourfold Pictures. “The best day of my life,” wrote Parineeti Chopra. The video has glimpses of the choora ceremony with Parineeti’s family. The video also has moments from Raghav and Parineeti’s haldi with dance, music and a whole lot of fun.
Sharing their wedding photos on social media, Parineeti and Raghav wrote, “From the very first chat at the breakfast table, our hearts knew. Been waiting for this day for a long time .. So blessed to finally be Mr and Mrs! Couldn’t have lived without each other .. Our forever begins now.”
The video begins before the arrival of the couple and the guests, giving a view of the platform on which the haldi ceremony would take place later in the day. In the next scene, we see Parineeti in a yellow salwar kameez with an orange-striped dupatta as an elderly family member prepares her for the ceremony.
It also shows both Parineeti and Raghav playfully trying to resist their friends and family members from smearing their cheeks with haldi. The clip also includes shots of the couple in each other’s arms during the ceremony while a modern rendition of Pathanay Khan’s Meda Ishq Vi Toon Meda Yaar Vi Toon plays in the background.
Both Parineeti and Raghav appear to have the moment of their lives when their family members shower champagne on them. The video ends with the actress closing her eyes and stretching out her arms as rose petals fall on her from above.
The couple tied the knot on September 24 in Udaipur.
