Nayagarh: The Special Investigation Team (SIT) has applied for brain mapping of Pari rape and murder case accused on Saturday after the minor turned down the narco test.
Public prosecutor Balabhadra Mohanty has said the hearing for brain mapping will be conducted on January 13. He said as narco analysis is a dangerous test, the juvenile justice board has not allowed the authorities to conduct the test.
The accused also appealed to the court that he is not prepared to undergo a narco test. Mohanty said the forensic test of Pari’s remains and the mobile will be done in Kolkata as those could not be sent to Gujarat.
The public prosecutor said the purpose of the forensic test is to match with the demo findings the accused has shown at his house.
