Oxygen Plants To Come Up At 7 Places In Odisha

Bhubaneswar: The National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) on Tuesday informed that oxygen plants will be constructed at seven places in Odisha.

The seven oxygen plants will be constructed in Boudh, Cuttack, Bhadrak, Gajapati, Jharsuguda, Nayagarh and Koraput.

Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) will build the oxygen plants, while NHAI will look after the civil and electrical works, it said.

“Oxygen will be supplied to hospitals through pipes and the project will be completed within a stipulated time period. Sites have been finalised and the construction work has already begun in Cuttack and Boudh, ” informed NHAI AGM RP Panda.
