New Delhi: Oppo has unveiled its newest edition for Oppo Reno 7 5G in China. Reportedly, the New Year Edition comes in a special colour – Velvet Red. Additionally, Oppo mentioned that it etched the Tiger logo at the back panel as 2022 is considered the Year of the Tiger in China.

The vanilla model features a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display. In addition, the display sports a fast 90Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC. In terms of software, the smartphone runs on Android 11 OS with the ColorOS 12 custom skin on top.
In terms of camera, the handset sports a triple rear camera setup. The setup includes a 64-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. At the front, the Oppo Reno 7 5G flaunts a 32-megapixel selfie shooter.
In terms of battery, the handset also packs a 4,500mAh battery. This rated battery capacity pairs up with 65W fast charging support.
