Kalahandi: Police have seized a huge cache of ganja and arrested a person with connection in this case
in Kalahandi district.
The estimated value of the seized contraband is said to be around Rs 24.76 lakh, police informed.
Acting on a tip-off, police intercepted a pickup truck bearing a fake registration number in Kesinga police station area. Following a thorough sear, they found 619 kg of ganja and seized it.
The cops arrested the truck driver and further investigation is underway to trace the accused persons involved in the illegal business.
