Tokyo: Indian wrestler Ravi Kumar Dahiya, who looked to add to India’s medals tally, won his semi-final bout against Nurislam Sanayev of Kazakhstan and entered the 57kg final in men’s Wrestling.

The bout was also termed as the finest and most dramatic comeback by Ravi Kumar Dahiya.

With this Dahiya assured at least a silver medal for India.

India’s Ravi Kumar led 2-1 after the first three minutes.

He was trailing 2-9 in the last 3 minutes but came storming back to win the bout by fall or a takedown. Ravi was trailing 7-9 when the referee signalled for a victory by fall in India’s favour.
