Odisha’s COVID-19 Tally Rises To 3,27,279

Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s COVID-19 caseload on Wednesday surged to 3,27,279 after 364 more people tested positive for the infection, said the State I&PR department.

The new cases were detected in 26 of the 30 districts of Odisha, with 210 reported from different quarantine centres and 154 local contact cases.

Sundargarh reported the highest of 64 new positive cases followed by Khurda (42), Mayurbhanj(26), Angul(25) and Cuttack (21).

The State currently has 3,036 active COVID-19 cases, while as many as 3,22,344 patients have recovered from the infection.

The State has so far conducted 67,00,524 sample tests for COVID-19.
