Bhubaneswar: While Odisha shivered with the bitting cold for the last two days, a rise in temperature was witnessed across the state today.
As per reports, Sonepur recorded 7 degrees Celsius today against the 6 degrees Celcius that was recorded on Monday. Similarly, Titlagarh, Daringbadi, and Angul recorded 7 degrees Celcius each.
As per the latest prediction by the IMD, the temperature is likely to rise by 2-3 degrees Celsius in Odisha in the next two days. However, after this, the mercury will plummet further. Besides, in some places of the southern coast, shallow to moderate fog will prevail.
